6dpo symptoms from 2dpo

Hi all. Is it wishful thinking or could I be pregnant?

2dpo had cramping and bloating this has contuined each day. now at 6dpo.
3dpo had waves of nausea and bloating
4dpo had waves of nausea, bloating, feeling very thirsty, decreased appetite very tired flatulance
5dpo aching hips and backache, waves of nausea, bloating cramps
Also not had a bowel movement in 5 days which is unusual
