4 days late am I pregnant

Hello guys I am 4 days late for af a lot of cm (tmi sorry) been having tender an sore breasts abdomen feeling full an heavy also keep getting cramps like af is going to start but still hasnt im unsure on when to test incase I get a negative if its too early advice please baby dust!
