Sharp then dull pain in lower left side

Hi,

I have PCOS but finally last week I had an LH surge. However, 5 days after the LH surge I had sharp pains in my lower left side, my uterus or ovaries not sure. It felt like someone pricking with a needle. Since then, for another 3 days I've had a dull ache in that same spot. I feel it most when I need to pee but it's there all day long. All of the FRER tests have been BFN, I took them apart and squinted forever, but nothing. Has anyone else experienced this? Any idea what it could be?

LH Surge Dected - Sunday afternoon 10/5 - Monday afternoon 10/6

Sharp Pain Stated - Friday evening 10/10

Dull ache - Saturday 10/11 through now
