Anyone help? It's a difficult one...

I am having a sh*t ton of symptoms (Excuse my language) I am around 20dpo, although that's just an estimate as I don't get O symptoms and I don't test using opks... There's literally so many symptoms I can't be bothered to list them but I had a 'bleed' which was faaaar lighter than usual and it was on and off for the course of 7 days, (from the 11th to 18th) my period usually lasts 8 days and is extremely heavy (I'd say around 20ml a day of bright red up until my 4th day then it changes brown, but this time it was around 2ml-5ml a day absolute maximum of maroon/browny-red discharge, it got no heavier and no lighter throughout the bleed)
I usually get loads of clots but this time I had none whatsoever, and usually also suffer with really bad period pains for the day leading up to 3 days in, but this time I had no pain at all!! I wasn't due to have my period until the 16th, but I started as said above on the 11th, according to my estimated O phase I would have been about 8dpo when I started having this mysterious bleed...
My question is, what are my chances of being pregnant?
I've tested about a million times since my bleed ended and yet I've had nothing except for 2 faint positives - I assume they were evaps as I've had none since.
I actually invested in some opks just to see whats going on with my lh, and i've had 3 almost positive opks in a row the past 3 days... each one darker than the last.
Do you think maybe I could've O'd earlier than I thought and that I'm an early ovulator?
I have been experiencing really strange period type cramping since my 'bleed' ended, and I am starting to think maybe there's something a little more going on than I hope to be, Which is why I'm asking about my chance of pregnancy within this cycle... I am considering ectopic as a possibility and also polyps or cysts... but I can't shake my symptoms, there are so so many that I'm barely capable of putting the tests down and walking away from that side of things.
What do you ladies think? :)

Thanks for your time!

Hi there,

I feel your pain, our bodies can be so confusing. I can't tell you what you are feeling is wrong because I don't know how you are feeling and it wouldn't be fair. However, I will give you some facts and it may help you out.

Implantation -
It is actually very uncommon to have symptoms and many women don't even know its happening. The most common time for implantation is 9dpo and if there is bleeding then it is very light pink and lasts from 2-24 hours tops.

Ovulation -
It is quite normal for women to ovulate at a different time each month so that month you may have ovulated early and that was your period.

Periods -
Again, these vary each month. Lighter & darker, longer & shorter, painful & not so painful etc..

Ectopic Pregnancy -
Main symptoms are mild abdominal pain more dominant on one side, pain in the tip of your shoulder, light bleeding, lower back pain and feeling or being sick.

I hope this gives you some more info to work with, but also be aware that I didn't get my BFP until I was 27dpo and now I am 8 weeks.

Good Luck Hun

My mum had an ectopic so I know exactly what to look for :) It starts with pain in your belly, doesn't matter if it's at the side or in the middle, my mum had it all over her tummy and said it felt like a diarrhea belly ache!! :(

As for implantation, I had it with my son and it was exactly the same as my period - same length, same amount (When I was actually a 3 dayer! Just waaaaaaay loads more painful than a period that time! I assume that was because it was my first child :)

Periods have always been a mucky issue for me but they regulated since last September when I missed my period by 10 days for no reason! Since then they have been religiously 31 days from point to point, this time my 'period' came after 26 days! I still don't believe my periods half the time lmao! They are some confusing things - even though they aren't supposed to be! I never knew being a female would be so much trouble hahaha! :P

And ovulation... I don't even know, I've never done anything to help me find out when I O, nothing like that at all, this month I was just really curious and bought some, they were sooo close to being positive that I think maybe I'm O'ing now! Best get baby making if that's the case!! :P

I'm just not sure about it all, my whole family have always had issues as per positive tests, my mum never usually got a positive until the 8th week of pregnancy, so she told me anyway, except for me where her hcg levels were so high that they thought she was double her gestation at 4 weeks! lol! :D (Could be because I was in fact a twin, but I 'absorbed' my twin according to the midwife... :S

I will certainly keep you updated :) I just want my little + now! :(

Thank you sweety! Congratulations on your little one!!! ^_^ Speak soon!

Actually funnily enough I waited this month when I am normally so impatient. I didn't test until I was almost 2 weeks late and then still nervous to test incase I got that dreaded but luckily it was
