BBT rise, dip, & second rise

Hello. We are ttc for baby #2. Discovered bbt process after a year of trying with our first. Temp rose significantly this month for 3 days, dipped down for 3 day to my normal temp...so I assumed an early period was coming. Then temp rose significantly again! Not sure if it could have been an implantation dip or a "fake out" ov the first time and a real one now. Has this happened to anyone else? This process is so emotional and I was so glad that we discovered bbt because I have super long cycles. Now I'm discouraged that even this is being crazy. I keep praying.
