Confused on whether these are BFP ????

So the first picture is a pretty obvious Bfp on a Walmart first signal, however I was told it's not valid because I actually used my urine from the toilet (there was very little water in the toilet, it was mostly urine). The test was done Friday May 6. I got all negatives the next day including frer. Today, I used a first signal again and got a VERY faint line. My husband and mother say they see something but barely but I know there is a line. Soooo, am I pregnant? Can levels fluctuated like this since I'm early (ovulated on April 26th I believe)?? Please help me!!!
