Reoccurring Loss

So I have had multiple early losses, the most recent in September of 2015. I went to a fertility specialist on March 30th which was CD 4 and she ran a lot of tests. Then I got a positive opk on April 8th and had to report for my 21 day progesterone on April 15th. On April 23rd I started getting light positives on the Walmart .88 cent test and faint positives on FRER the next day. On April 26th I had my hcg drawn and it was 58. I followed up with my fertility doctor on April 27th and was informed that my progesterone was only 1.6 on day 31 of my cycle. She said she has never seen a number so low and would have bet money I didn't ovulate but obviously I did because I am pregnant. I was put on progesterone supplements but she said they may not work because they were started late, she usually likes patients to start them 3 days after ovulation. But low progesterone is definitely a problem for me. All other tests were normal. She said my hcg was a little low so I went for a redraw this morning and I am worrying myself sick. If this pregnancy ends in miscarriage which is likely she plans to give me clomid and progesterone. Ugh. Anyone have positive stories with low hcg?
