Very faint spotting noticed after U/S w/ heartbeat 7W5D

Just a bit ago, I noticed a very faint bit of spotting when I wiped. All of my bloodwork has been perfectly normal as of this past Wednesday. I had my first ultrasound and heard/saw the heartbeat, and I measured exactly where I should be. I'm not 7 weeks, 5 days, and freaking out a bit about this light spotting.

TMI-I did have sex last night, so maybe this could be why. All I know is that now I'll be going to the bathroom every 5 minutes checking for anymore spotting.

Has anyone else experienced this? What was your outcome? Do I call the doctor tomorrow or do I only call if it gets worse or continues?
