Tried it and it worked

I threw out all of our Salt, seasoning salt , Garlic salt etc & replaced them all with Mrs. Dash seasoning I did find a Garlic powder and a onion powder with no salt but it is a different brand, well anyways its been 2 days & Ive lost 4lbs ! Im normally a HUGE salt lover but I really cant tell the difference ... Next stop is to start working out 3x a week

Thats great I did the same due to my husband was just diagnosed with high blood pressure a lot of changes in our diets
