Implantation "Pinch"

I am just wondering if any of you ladies who have already gotten their BFP experienced any implantation pinching. If so how many days after this pinching did you get a BFP.

I felt this pinching on 11dpo and it lasted for about 24 hours. It was on the lower left side.

I tested today and got BFN but I was reading that if it was in fact implantation it may take a few more days.

Any comments would be appreciated.

Been ttc #2 since m/c in 2010

*Not to be rude but I don't need to comments asking if I know when I ovulated and all that jazz. Been in this ttc game awhile now and do all the necessary tricks to pinpoint O.**
