Basal Body Temp
Who charts this every day before getting out of bed? I do and I feel like it is a blessing and a curse.
This morning is 12 dpo and 4 days before AF is projected to show up. My BBT has been up, up and up and was giving me so much hope. Then, this morning I went from 98.29 to 98.03. I feel like this means I'm probably out this morning...again. sigh. Anyone else have anything BBT related to chat about?

I do. I'm 10dpo today and had my ovulation spike on the 16th of this month at CD10. Then 8dpo my temp rose above and has continued to go up slowly in the days following which fertility friend reads as a triphasic chart. So confused because I started cramping today and it felt like af cramps even though it's not due til fri or sat. Hopeful the second temp shift is a good sign
