Opinions please! Did I miss the surge?
I started taking a fertility blend and it has thrown my cycle off. I don't know if I missed my surge and I have already ovulated, or if it hasn't happened yet??
I had what I thought was ovulation pain on CD15 and then a large amount of EWCM CD16 when I woke up...but I usually have EWCM for 2 days before ovulation, the day of and the day after.
I use an OPK once a day FMU, which I now know is not advised...what do you think from my tests?
