what are the best pregnancy tests

I think that I have tried almost every pregnancy test out there with varying results. I had a early miscarriage back in November and I used a FRER and it never showed up positive, I did a clear blue easy and it showed positive. I tried Walmart first signal and it showed negative. A brand from the health department showed positive. Back in Feb I used first signal again since they are so cheap and I used them every day for 4 days. First day obvious neg, 2nd day neg, 3rd day neg at first then went back and looked and had faint 2nd line. 4th day had iffy 2nd line, went to work and came home and looked again and had obvious 2nd line. Had blood test next day and was negative. So obviously it was evap. I just want to know what brand are the more reliable and least likely to have evap and shows a positive the earliest.

What dpo were you when you started testing? FRER are usually the best because they pick up less HCG than others.
