Help me pinpoint ovulation
Hey everybody!
So to give a little background this is my first cycle on Clomid after having an anovulatory cycle.
I finally got my first +OPK on Friday 3/25 CD17 and of course My husband went out of town that same day, so we were unable to BD the day of and few days after until Monday so I might be out this cycle anyways :(
According to FF my ovulation date was marked as the same day as my positive OPK, I had a slight temp rise on Saturday Sunday and then a bigger one on Monday
When I talked to my doctor she said I ovulated 12 to 36 hours after the positive. But I had the slight temp rise on Saturday.
What do you think? Is it possible to ovulate the same day as an OPK?
Or when do you think I ovulated

Pre ovulation temps around 97.2 to 97.7ish
CD17 Friday- +OPK 97.58
CD18Saturday- 97.85 (taken like 45 minutes earlier then norm)
CD 19Sunday- 97.93( taken again 45 minutes earlier)
CD 20 Monday-98.76 (45 minutes earlier)
cD 21 Tuesday-98.38
When do you think? Any help is greatly appreciated!

Yes it is very possible that you ovulated the same day as a positive OPK, I did the same thing this month as well. You had a sufficient temperature rise on Saturday confirming, the slight temp drop the next day could have been an estrogen surge. I typically drop my temp a little one or two days after ovulation and then it goes back up. It also depends on when you were able to BD with your husband prior to the OPK being positive. You are most fertile in the three days leading up to and on ovulation day, but mostly the days before. You aren't out yet this month if you had sex at least once in that time frame before Friday.
