Period way late and THEN BFP?

Just curious as to if anyone out there didn't get their BFP until their period was super late. Like weeks late? If you look around on this website, so many people claim to get their's at 8/9/10 dpo, but is this the norm??

I didn't get my BFP until 13 DPO! and my lines are getting darker as the days go by! I know that's only 3 days past the normal of 10 DPO, but still 3 days is 3 days!

I know someone that was 3 weeks late before getting their bfp. There were no faint positives before then. Good luck, fx!
