super B complex weightloss?
so since I'm "actively" ttc certain meds were stopped or changed, so now my meds consist of prenatal, an extra folic acid, omega 3 fish oil, metformin, I recently added super B complex. that was 8-8-14 as of a few days ago I was down 11 lbs. AND!!! ovulation this month was minimally painful compared to debilitating cramps! so I'm thinkin Super B complex was a good idea, I'll try to continue research tho hopefully not just a fluke! LOL
