10 days past missed period day 44 of cycle

So I'm late by 10 days of a normally 32-33 day cycle and I'm on day 44as a of right now and day 29 of ovulation. And my pregnancy test keep coming back negative. Am I pregnant? What should I do? No spotting or bleeding and I'm starting to get cravings for ice cream and I have struggling pulling feelings in my gut unlike mps but very mild and not painful as well as somewhat emotional.
