Is this Ovulation or implantation ?

It's been roughly 3 weeks since my last months period. I started have cramps that feels like period cramps and nausea and threw up once august 21st I have not had any nausea since but I'm still having cramps and I had a change in vaginal discharge just thick creamy white. With my second baby I had implantation cramps and bleeding much like the cramps I am having now but never had nausea with it. I have never had ovulation pain/cramps I have noticed just a slight difference in my Breast as my bra was tighter. Only slightly peeing more. It's too early to take a pregnancy test. What do you think Ovulation or implantation ?

This will be my 3rd if I am pregnant :)

It's likely implantation if it's only spotting and not bleeding. Are you spotting? If yes what color? What dpo are you? I know when I was pregnant with my son I had horrible period cramps on the day that my period was due but my period didn't show. I was young and nieve at the time it happened so I wasn't sure what was up I'm not sure if it was implantation or what.
