Huge temp spike 15dpo; am I Oing now instead?!

My chart show ovulation on cd 10, which is early for me, but I had all the signs and chart indicates O. BFN at 13dpo. Now 15dpo, and huge temp spike, plus ewcm the last couple days. Cervix has been high and closed for a week, but was half-open yesterday, but closed again. Any idea how this could happen? What day did I O if my temp stays at this super high level?
