Transabdominal and Transvaginal Imaging Results

Findings:
Uterus: Measures 8.2 x 4.6 x 3.8 cm with an endometrial stripe a 1.1 cm. No mass.
Right ovary: Measures 4 x 3.8 x 2.3 cm. Dominant follicle versus simple cyst is noted measuring 2 cm. This is considered benign. No suspicious cystic or solid ovarian or adnexal masses. Normal-appearing follicles. Blood flow is identified within the ovary.
Left ovary: Measures 3.8 x 2.1 x 2.1 cm. No suspicious cystic or solid ovarian or adnexal masses. Normal-appearing follicles. Blood flow is identified within the ovary.

Can anyone help me decipher what in the world this means?

You have a follicular cyst that is considered benign, meaning that it's nothing to worry about. Otherwise, everything has good bloodflow and there are no abnormalities noted. YOU'RE GOOD!
