Temp dip and rise, 11dpo, am I out?

Hey ladies! I'm still new to this so I'm a little confused!

7dpo, moderate ovary region aches
10dpo, temp dip to 36.0 degrees
11dpo today, temp rise to 37.7 degrees

I don't temp or use OPK, just felt hot yesterday and cold today ; very tired lately ; acid reflux, extreme hunger and nausea when waking up every morning starting 8dpo.

AF due on 29th February, have 1 FRER test and can't afford another until March so waiting.

Ideas? Not sure whether to be excited or not! :)
