figuring it out - catching the first egg- breastfeeding

Can anyone point me in the direction of their favorite pregnancy test? I've tried Clear Blue Easy and the cheap Wal-Mart ones. All negative over the last 5 days. It's one of those "I just know" things. I'm 18.5 months pp, breastfeeding, no period. I've managed to go two pregnancies with no menstrual cycle so it wouldn't be weird if I caught the first egg again. However with my second child I had implantation bleeding. This time I'm nauseous already (usually 6-8 weeks for me), irritable, and crampy. I've never expended the return to menstruating advert pregnancy. Maybe this is it. Can anyone tell me their expense with that?

Thanks for any help. Everything online seems to be geared for people who know when they're ovulating and know when their period was.
