at least now i know whats wrong
so baseing it on when i was supposed to ovulate, i realize that the EWCM came a week later, which in turn means i ovulated later. but how do check when i ovulate next month? so i can check for my fertil days and not just do it on my O day? anyone wanna help? do you get EWCM before or after you O?

Usually it is before! Best way to know besides opks and bbt is knowing how long your cycles are, kinda predict when you are going to start ur next period and count back 12-14 days as this is a normal Luteal Phase. My cycles range from 29-32 days. I start at cd 32 count back 14 days and mark that as my possible ovulation day and do the same from 31, 30 , and 29 so I have a total of like 4 days as possible O days, but then you can make sure to cover your bases. That's what I read online .
