Clomid Experiences Please!
We have been trying to conceive our last child now for 7 years. I have issues with PCOS, low progesterone, and no ovulation. In July 2013 I had my very first round of clomid, cycle days 5-9 50mg, and ended up with a bfp at 9dpo, to end up having a miscarriage at 10 weeks.
With that round of clomid I only had a few hot flashes while taking the clomid and had pretty bad ovulation pains. I really didn't have any pregnancy signs or symptoms except what I believe was implantation cramping at 6dpo.
This is the second round of clomid I've ever done and again took a dose of 50mg from days 5-9. This time around I had major hot flashes, headaches, moodiness and fatigue. I am now on cd 24 and believe due to ewcm and the major cramping? I ovulated again on clomid at cd16, which I believe puts me at 8 dpo today. Again on 6dpo I had the cramping but after the cramping started I got a weird lighting bolt pain into my vaginal area. Never had that before! Still having the dull cramping but also having extreme gas!! (Tmi) This is also something new.
I'm just curious of any other ladies experiences who have taken clomid.... I am trying not to get my hopes up that it will be as easy as the first round but I am sure praying it is!!! Then also praying no more miscarriages!!!

January was my first time taking clomid and I had an iui. Took clomid CD5-9. Only symptoms I had were headache and my temper was a little shorter than usual. CD 10 I had mid cycle ultrasound and had 2 great follicles ready to go so they had me trigger that night and had iui CD12. Whether I'm pregnant or not I get lots of symptoms during the 2ww so I try not to dwell on them and I don't look at the symptoms as either positive or negative but that they are just symptoms. 12piui had a blood test that was bfp but period never came so had repeat blood test 17dpiui and bfp. Unfortunately I ended up miscarrying 2/14 so it was quite the roller coaster ride. My RE told me that the clomid had thinned my lining so next time around I will be taking femara.
