I am currently 46, but started ttc at 43. I have used maca for a very long time, and in 2012 did 3 months of clomid. Sorry to say I did not get a BFP during any of those months. However, I still take Maca and have had 3 BFP's (all early MC unfortunately) since then.
It certainly can't hurt to try it, but Maca does take about 3 months before it has any effect one way or another.

Just to update...I did both Maca and Clomid - 50mg - for two cycles...BFNs. This cycle is Clomid 100 mg only. Waiting to O. Will update further.
