Ramzi's Method

Hi there,
I had my first ultrasound today at 6 weeks 1 day.
For a bit of fun I have heard about the Ramzi's method, Only thing is I have no idea what I'm looking at.

Any one familiar with this and did it work for you and is it too early to see where things are in my ultrasound.
