I would talk to your doctor or seek a naturopathic doctor that specializes is thyroid and fertility. It's important that your active thyroid hormone (t3) is in range (the middle of the reference range is best) and that your body is converting the inactive T4 and or synthroid into the active hormone. I would look into stress levels and food sensitivities too - dairy and gluten are a good start. Also, consider supplementing with zinc and selenium - both help thyroid function/conversion. Most doctors only look at TSH and t4. Seek more blood work. Good luck!
