2nd subchorionic hematoma

Hi Ladies,
At 6 weeks I was diagnosed with a subchorionic hematoma. 3 days later I got a second u/s which showed that it has reabsorbed. Yesterday whenever I wiped I had pink spotting. My Dr had me come in for an u/s and I have a larger subchorionic hematoma now at 7w4d. Heart beat was 156 bpm up from 118 bpm at 6.5 weeks.

I really hoping this goes away but I am looking for anyone who has experience with this. My Dr. Told me to keep working normally (I am a cop) because there is nothing I can do and if I am going to.miscarry I will weather I work or not.

Ugh I am just stressed and trying not to os very difficult.
