Steroids messing up my cycle!

I'm 30 and have been trying to conceive for 9 months. I developed Pneumonia slowly over a 6 week period in November/December. Unfortunately, it took 3 rounds of steroids (2 shots and 1 set of oral pills) to get it gone. The last steroid shot was on December 14th and I'm pretty sure it was a doozy!! But, long story short, my period has lasted almost the ENTIRE month of January!! I'm on day 23 of bleeding. My gyno is very confident this is due to the steroids. I even took a pregnancy test to rule that out. It's light breakthrough bleeding, but enough to have to wear something each day. Not only is this annoying, but it is seriously hurting my chances to conceive!!! Has anyone had this happen?? I am so worried how long this has potential to last!
