clomid shortage, other options?

Hi there

So hubby and I have been ttc for 1.5 years and is currently on our 4th cycle of clomid, (150mg) and I have finally ovulated, but now my problem is if I did not get pregnant this cycle im 9dpo I will need more clomid, but in sunny south africa there is a national shortage of clomid, and all the generics too. There just is no stock. Im even dreaming about driving around town looking for clomid. Its terrible.

My question is what other options is there? I have read about femara? Is this the only other option? And how effective is it? Have you used it? How did it compare to clomid?
