Bleeding after MC

Hi Ladies,

I'm currently going through my 3rd miscarriage this year. For my first two, I had D&Cs, and bled for weeks after the procedures. I wanted to do this one naturally (semi-naturally!) so I was given cyotec, and luckily, I passed everything within 8 hours of taking it.

I had an ultrasound this morning (3 days after passing everything) that confirmed the sac was gone and my uterus was clear with a medium lining (8mm). My question is- what kind of bleeding can you expect after a natural mc? I passed brown clots/blood for a day after passing the tissue, but that's been it. I find it very strange that I'm not bleeding at all still, not even spotting. Has this happened to anyone?

Again, my uterus is definitely clear and all the tissue is gone- but I didn't bleed that much, and I had a 7 week sac with a fetus measuring 7 weeks, so it's not like I had nothing in there. Any stories are appreciated!

Thanks!
