Don't worry about AMH score, I think it is a load of rubbish. I had a baby with a score of less that 1pmol. Vitamin D3 might help with AMH

You might not ovulate every month. Monitored bd with a follicle scan and then a progesterone level blood test after ovulation could be helpful.

We are seeing our fertility specialist next week and I think that's when she'll organise for me to have ovulation tracking.

I'll ask her about taking fertility drugs as well.

I'm a bit worried because I have my period - the light spotting after sex has turned into a proper AF visit.

I only had my last period two weeks ago. OPK today, which was negative, so definitely no ovulation this month.

However, my aunt - a strict catholic - used the method back in the day where you track your cycle and avoid sex on certain days. She conceived my cousin on day 7 of her cycle, so I'm thinking sometimes ovulation can happen at strange times.

I'd rather that than no ovulation at all....no ovulation at all scares me.
