period during early pregnancy?

We are TTC#1. BFN on 12 dpo. My AF came 5 days early. Went like this:

day 1 spotting
day 2 med flow some clots, 20 min of cramping
day 3 light flow
day 4 gone.

Usually I have heavy flow days 1 & 2 with lots of clots then med flow day 3 light flow day 4. Instead my cycle ran funny and on what should've been day 4 I got a headache that turned into dizziness and nausea. Did any of you have a short wonky period then get a BFP? My mom says I should test... but I'm scared.

It is possible. There was a girl on this site two years ago who had her period every month so she figured it was a BFN until she went to the hospital for a different reason and had an ultrasound. They were like "so when are you due" she didnt even know she was pregnant.

So yes. It is possible. If you're curious TEST! And get back to us!
