BFN 18 DPO and could still be pregnant?

I'm trying to conceive for the last 5 months. LMP is Nov24, took Clomid from day 3 through day 7, and progesterone from D16 through D25. and an injection to help with ovulation on day 12, had intercourse 24, 36, and 48 hours after that injection. had a very little light brown mucousy discharge twice the week before period due date. tested negative on the day period is due. i have no symptoms at all. usually, i get abdominal cramps and back pain, but no symptoms this time. Can expect a positive bfp, is there any chance that i get pregnancy.

They say, usually one can get periods 2-7 days after stopping progesterone, but why its late idk. Plz help

I'm like you, we've only been trying for 5 months and it's been stressful each month. I've never taken clomid or had any injections but I had the same experience with a very late period. Turns out my cycle for that month was 36 days long. I had the brown spotting and minimal to no symptoms. I finally got my period along with my normal symptoms and figured that it was late due to stress. I know it's difficult but try to wait it out and see if AF shows up or not.

Wishing you the best!

It can happen. I was reading up on this earlier, it's more common than you would think.
