confirmed 2 weeks preg need some advice

Last Saturday I went to er cuz I was worried I just started having pressure on my left ovary not painful just a heavy pressure feeling they did a blood test for my first beta n said I was 2 weeks and levels were 52 witch they said Its normal . going to doctor to make sure levels double but can this werud pressure feeling be the corpus luetum also haven't had spotting or bleeding since implantation witch occurred 2 weeks exactly from Saturday is this a good sign that everything's OK? The pressure feeling has a little bit of sharp pain but not painful and also does implantation spotting mean it made it to my uterus? And I guess its a hood sign they said my levels were normal for being 2 weeks
