can high blood sugar be a symptom at 14 dpo ?

hi yall im a type 1 diabetic, i keep my blood sugar under control really well, im really used to it by now and today my blood sugar has been high even to 200. im ending up having to give myself more insulin and trying to get it down, its usually not a struggle at all for me im usually very controlled and didnt eat anything different. im also experiencing nausea and sharp achy pains in my bbs for the past week. just wondering if pregnancy could raise blood sugars so early ?? my period was due today and no-showed !
