my body hates me

So I had a miscarriage in march, was directed to wait one cycle before ttc again by my OB. I did. That cycle came within 30 days. Then the next cycle came at 30 days. The next time around I had a 37 day cycle. Now this month, I am now 48 days into the next cycle, no period, but first response tests negative both day 41 and 44. Since day 31 I have had symptoms listed below:

Sore boobs (bit more than pms)
Sore nipples that tend to be sticking out more
Constipation and frequently having to go...
Nausea (no puking, but almost a few times)
Pressure in the lower abdomen (could be from constipation)
Food aversions ( lots of foods making me feel nauseous right after)
Slight cramping (again, could be from constipation)
Off and on dizziness
Fatigue but not being able to sleep
Moody

Question is, what's going on? Tests have been negative but I've been having symptoms for a long while plus a missing period (I was always irregular before my first pregnancy). Even if I was irregular before, I never had symptoms like this for so long. But negative tests.

Should I be worried? Would you suggest waiting longer or should I give my OB a call?

If I were you I would feel that I waited long enough and I would call my OB.

Good luck :)
