Emotional train wreck

I have had 3 BNP and now 5 weeks. Have been feeling a little nauseated, dry mouth and tire easily. Other than that everything has been going great until this morning. I woke up with a terrible taste in my mouth so I got up used the restroom and brushed my teeth. Sat and watched tv for awhile then got up to get a drink. Went back to the restroom and when I wiped there was a mod amount of bright red blood. I am scared and so very sad. With my 3rd baby I had a small amt of bleeding, went to the ER and was told I was having a MC. My daughter is now 12yrs. Has anyone else had the bright red bleeding and still had a healthy pregnancy??
