low beta levels. HELP

2 days ago I found out im pregnant. 2 tests confirmed it, 12 hours apart. Today I took another one (stupid) and it was negative. Scared, I went to my dr and got a blood test. They said my results were equivocal. My hcg levels were 12.55 when they wanted them at 15. Im scheduled to come back In 3 days to see if they've gone up.

Im terrified. So scared im about to lose the only pregnancy I have ever had, and tried for months to get. Based on LMP im supposed to be 5 weeks pregnant right now. Can anyone make some sense of this for me?

Please, no comments about a possible miscarriage. I am well aware of the chances, and praying desperately that it does not happen.

I already love this baby so much and would be heartbroken beyond words to lose it. I want so badly to enjoy this pregnancy. Someone please tell me if this has happened to you when things were fine.
