trying to conceive

am married for over a year now,i have been trying since then,i did mynoctomy fourmonths ago,my period came on 6/6/2014 ,now my breast hurt,i fell full in my lower abodome,i feel crampsand sharp pain last week,so am hoping am prego,my period is due this week.
