Hi!
I have very long cycles 79-240 days and I do not ovulate.
This cycle I took 200mg of soy isoflavones on cd4-8 and I think* for the first time in years that I ovulated yesterday on cd14. I had ov pains and a hopefully +opk (see the pic I uploaded). Fingers crossed it will work, seems to have worked for lots of women who don't ovulate or have very long cycles.
