Cramps 5dpo

I had some sharp cramps on my left side and back pain at 5dpo. Anyone else have this? Hoping it's implantation but with my luck it isn't.

Probably not, especially at 5dpo. The blastocyst still needs to hatch out of the zona pellucida and THEN start the process of implantation. Symptom spotting always makes you crazy during the tww. Good luck. Hopefully a bfp in a wk or so!
