Temp Drop then Period 2 days in Temp Spike 3 Days in a Row
I've been TTC 3 cycles now. 11/15 I woke up with a temp drop 97.0 and cramps and I knew I would be starting my period. Started period then yesterday 11/18 woke up with a huge temp increase to 97.9 and same again today. Why would my temp jump so dramatically 3 days into my new cycle? Anyone else experience this? Just wondering why it would happen. I take my temp at almost the same time everyday before I even get out of bed.
