confused

my cycles are usually 27 days. this month my cycle was 24. my period started 4 or 5 days before my usual time. i got my period November 3rd instead of the 7th, and then my period started to tapper away around November 6th with just spotting by November 8th no more bleeding. now today on November 18th Im experiencing cramping and lower back pain associated with constipation, which is my usual symptoms right before my period starts. could i be getting another period this
