16dpo, no af, bfn.... confused

Still no sign of af, not really having nausea like I was but still having on and off pains/cramps in my lower right abdomen, still tired and my sleeping patterns are all weird.. also still have tender breast sometime sore nips plus blue veins some color change in nips also. Did a hpt yesterday arv and was a bfn I had onky been about half an hr before...... is itnaf comming or is there still a chance
