cramping sharp pain 5+4 weeks pregnant

Hi guys,

This is my 2nd pregnancy as my 1st ended in miscarriage earlier this year. I have been getting sharp shooting cramping pain in both sides of my lower pelvis. It starts one side and then moves to the other and it's on and off. I had this with the last one but baby was fine until 8 weeks (missed found out at my 12 week scan) anyone had this around the 5 week mark. I have a scan on Friday but any reassurance would be greatly appreciated thanks.
