Symptom Advice

So I am a 28 yo mother of 2 (9 and almost 5) and I had a tubal ligation when my daughter was born (almost 5 years ago). However, I have that feeling like something familiar is going on. My breast have been sore for almost 2 weeks now and as of Friday I am able to express a yellowish sticky liquid (a tiny tiny amount) from my left breast which is something I have only ever been able to do while pregnant. I know post tubal ligation that my chances of ectopic pregnant are majorly increased so there is a bit of concern...I should start in 6 days. Is it too soon to take a pregnancy test? Can anyone think of any other causes of the breast tenderness and liquid from the nipple?
