Could it be possible to conceive about cycle days 7 to 10?

Hi everyone!

Hubby and I have been trying to conceive for our second child for several months now. My OB has put me on Metformin and Folic for almost 5 months now and I've been trying to lose weight. I had my period starting the 10th of this month and it lasted for 5 days. Hubby and I did it every other day right after. In the morning of the 23rd and 25th I started feeling nauseated and actually vomitted and I noticed that I was becoming more frequent to the bathroom to pee. I sometimes feel nauseated as part of my pms but not as much as I felt lately and I never actually vomitted before. The last time I did was when I was pregnant with DD. My cycle is quite irregular with my shortest at 22 days and longest at 43. I'm really confused and it's hard to believe I conceived that fast (if I really did) since it's been impossible to do so for the past 4 months. Could I have really gotten pregnant?? What do think?
