I tried it for 3 months but I didn't conceive. I did notice a lot of benefits from it however and would definitely recommend it. I would love to go regularly but it gets expensive. I found that it relieved my PMS, helped me sleep better and relieve my stress at the time. It regulated my cycle and also improved my bowel regularity (tmi sorry!)
If you haven't done it, give it a try, it doesn't hurt at all, in fact I felt amazing afterwards. Even though we didn't conceive I felt better for having tried it. Good luck! :)

I tried it for a few months as I heard it was suppose to help as I've had 3 miscarriages in a row and now I'm 16 weeks pregnant, so mayb it did help xx good luck xx
