Surgery & ttc

Last month on the 18th I had a d&c, hysterscopy, and laporoscopy done. The d&c was done to remove scar tissue from a miscarriage back in December. The hysterscopy was done to see if my tubes were open. The laporoscopy was done to check how bad my endometriosis is and to correct that problem. It's been almost a month since my surgery but no af yet. The doctor said we couldstart tthen we were ready. We started fooling around the 1st and off and on since then. What could be causing af not to show? I figured she'd be back by now.
